Gary Pazmany We are pleased to have Gary join our management team. He brings with him 17 years of experience in the car business as well as previous positions in sales and leasing. Barbara Camire Barbara has over 13 years in the automotive industry and has spent the last six of those at Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac as the Office Manager. Barbara is the first to lend a hand where needed and always maintains a positive attitude. When not at work Barbara loves spending time with her two girls, camping and watching movies. 	Sue Daigneault Sue is the person who handles paying all the bills of the company. She has recently taken on this new position and we are glad to have her. Sue has been part of the office team at Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac for over 7 years. When she isn’t running around the dealership, Sue loves to chase after her grandson. In addition, Sue loves to travel and especially enjoys Disneyworld.

Accounts Receiveable

Patricia Eastman While Patti is the newest member of our office team, she comes with 16 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. She is always the 1st to lend a hand or a smile and has been a welcome addition to our already fabulous office group. When she isn't helping customers at the service window, Patti loves to spend time with her family and little Pug Mandy Lou. In addition, Patti loves to read, is a big Stock Car Racing fan and roots for the Red Sox.

Parts Manager
	Dan Nadeau Dan has been part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac family for over 20 years. Always on top of the parts inventory, Dan keeps the service department stocked with the latest and greatest parts for your vehicle. Parts Advisor
	Tim Farley Tim has been part of the Frank Galos team for 16 years and has experience in a variety of departments. For the last 3 years Tim has taken his dealership knowledge into the Parts Department and has become a wonderful resource. Always willing to lend a hand, Tim also helps with our wrecker and towing service. When he has spare time Tim loves to go camping and enjoys hunting and fishing.

	Kevin Brady We are glad to have Kevin come back with the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac family, as well as his 15 years of auto parts experience. Kevin has been married for 30 years and has a son, daughter & now a new grandson, inspiring his new hobby of building baby furniture. Les Toothaker Les has been an anchor of the Frank Galos Team for over 25 years. A true leader and a genuinely nice guy, Les has earned the respect of both his employees and the customers that he services. His positive outlook, get-it-done attitude and easy going personality are admired by all. Les specializes in following up with all of our service customers to make sure that they are completely satisfied with their Service experience. Service Advisor

Kendra Smith Kendra has been part of the Galos Family since she graduated from Biddeford High School in 1993. Fifteen years later, after holding different key positions in the dealership and gaining valuable experience, Kendra is now a Service Advisor in the Service Department. Her strong work ethic, honest and straightforward approach, and emphasis on customer service are appreciated by her co-workers and customers. Kendra is known for going above and beyond for her customers and always looks for ways to make their service experience a great one. Kendra is an avid race car enthusiast, topped only by her dedication to her family. Jeremy Furlong We are very happy to have added Jeremy to the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac Family. Jeremy is the 1st person you see when you come in the service door and he is there ready to help you. With 15 years in the business, serving as a service manager and parts manager, he will work hard to keep our customers Completely Satisfied. Outside of work, Jeremy is married with 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl and enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hunting and fishing.

Service Technician

Ray Letellier Sr Ray has been an integral part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac Service Team for the last 16 years. Ray is a GM Master Certified Technician and in addition, is also ASE certified. Ray is the “go to guy” when a customer has an especially challenging issue and often works late nights and even weekends to help satisfy our customers. While Ray loves working on vehicles, he likes racing them even more! Ray was the truck champion at Beech Ridge Speedway in 2005 and hopes to repeat this year. Ray also enjoys football, basketball & family. Speaking of family, Ray’s son Ray Jr., and daughter Jessica are also part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac team.

Dave Fleurant Dave has over 30 years of experience working on vehicles and has spent 2 years with Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac. Dave is ASE Master Certified and is always willing to lend a hand. While Dave is very humble, those in the shop know him as a solid technician who is very dependable and very talented. Dave’s love of cars extends to the sport of drag racing where he is a big fan. Dave is very health conscious and works out daily.

	Jim Peary Jim has been part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac team for 4 years. Prior to that Jim owned and operated his own garage in Scarborough and has over 34 years in the automotive industry. Jim is described as very reliable and very valuable.

Matt Frechette Matt is happily back with us in the Service Department at Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac. He brings 15 years of experience in the Automotive Industry along with him, in addition to his great attitude and friendly smile. Cars are also his hobby outside the dealership. Matt has built and raced cars at Beech Ridge Speedway for the last 6 years and is currently on a Busch North Pit Crew.

	James Heath James joined our service team this year and brings over 10 years of experience with him. He enjoys spending time with his family when he gets some time away from the dealership.

	Bobby Caputo We are happy to have added Bobby and his 27 years of experience to our Award Winning Service Team. When he is not taking care of your vehicle's service needs, Bobby enjoys woodworking, welding and metal fabrication, but nothing more than spending time going on long walks with his two young daughters Ally and Maggie.

	Mike Johnson Mike is a one of the newer additions to the Frank Galos Service Team. It's been great having his 25 years of experience in the car business. Mike is the father of 3 children (2 boys and a girl) and in his spare time enjoys camping, 4 wheeling, motorcycle riding and muscle cars.

Service Department Technician

Dennis Maloney Dennis has been a very valuable part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac team for almost 6 years. His great sense of humor, positive attitude, genuine desire to help people and strong work ethic have made him a very crucial part of the Reconditioning Team at the dealership. Dennis is described by his co-workers as “one of the best”. Dennis is active in the local Elks Lodge and is a proud Navy Veteran. Outside of the dealership, Dennis loves hunting, fishing, and his newest passion, white water rafting.

Towing Manager / Wrecker Professional

Dave Jordan Dave has been a valued member of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac family for 21 years. Whether out there assisting or towing you in from the road or keeping our new inventory arrivals organized, you can count on the job getting done well and with a smile. Dave is active in the community, serving the LaKermesse Festival for 15 years, currently as Executive Board Member and organizing the popular parade. Dave is also a big Patriots fan, collecting countless items of fun memorabilia.

Body Shop Manager

Tony Vieira Tony has been part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac family since 1998 and has been managing the Body Shop for the past 6 years.Tony has 19 years of experience in the Automotive Body Work field and is a great role model for the very qualified team of Body Shop Technicians. On those rare occasions when he isn't at the dealership, Tony enjoys home improvement projects and cheers on Ferrari in the Formula One race circuit. Tony's other love is his family, and he has been married for 17 years to his high school sweetheart Maria.

Body Shop

Bill Luce Bill is another fixture in the Body Shop! He has over 30 years of experience in body work and has been at Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac for 15 years. A native of Cape Elizabeth, Bill and his family now live in Westbrook, with 2 sons very active in Westbrook High School Football. Bill's favorite hobby is photography and despite the fact that he roots for the Cowboys we feel lucky to have him.

Robert Reed Robbie is one of our veteran Body Technicians and has over 30 years of Body Shop experience. Rob started at Frank Galos Chevrolet 21 years ago and has been a valuable part of the team since then. He specializes in repainting but can do a variety of tasks in the Body Shop. Rob has been married for 30 years to his high school sweetheart Bonnie and is a loyal Red Sox fan. (We won't mention the fact that he also cheers for the Dallas Cowboys).

	Richard Mondor

	James Anderson A newer addition to the Body Shop team, James is a native of Biddeford and received his degree in Body Work from Wio-Tech. He has over 2 years of experience in the field and his co-workers in the Body Shop appreciate his fun loving nature. When he isn't rooting for the Patriots, James enjoys fishing.

	Chris Edmonds Chris has been a great addition to our Body Shop Team. Believe it or not, Chris has been in the car business for 10 years, the last seven doing body work. Chris stays active with mountain biking, hiking & winter sports as well as enjoying basketball, football & baseball. Congratulations to Chris & his fiance' Mandy.

In Memoriam

Guy Bolduc - Rest in Peace It saddens us to report that Guy passed away on March 4, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He will surely be missed and will always be in our thoughts and prayers. A great Business Manager and more importantly, a great friend, Guy was part of the Frank Galos Chevrolet Cadillac team for 23 years and had over 36 years in the automotive industry. Guy established great relationships with creditors to get you the financing you needed and he specialized in challenging credit situations. Guy and his lovely wife Pierette were married for 37 years.
